TW: Suicide

Jen Libby, CEO and founder of Promly, sat down with Gabe Nathan to discuss all things mental health. Gabe Nathan shared some of his own mental health struggles, and shared when and how he realized he needed to reach out for help. He shared many stories from his life growing up that evoked a lot of strong emotions from the audience; sadness, hope, happiness, anger, anticipation, courage and more. Today, he aims to break the stigma of mental health and suicide by talking about it, and, more importantly, by driving his “Herbie” Love Bug. He is “driving out suicide” with his Love Bug. He is bringing attention to suicide, and his car and his mission serve as a catalyst for other people to actually start talking about mental health and suicide. Please check in on your friends and family and ask them how they are doing, and please check in on yourself as well. If you or a loved one are in crisis, please call 1-800-273-TALK to connect with the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.
